Discreet Shipping
Don't want people knowing what you ordered? We understand! All orders are shipped in plain nondescript padded envelopes or USPS flat rate boxes. The shipping information will be from "Alan Greenspan" or "Aimi May" with an anonymous address. Complete privacy!
Replacement Policy
If you receive a balloon that arrives damaged or fails to inflate properly, let us know! We will try our bests to replace it or credit one of your future orders.
Custom Printing
We do not offer custom printing, but we can refer you to a furry fandom printer service we use.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Trade laws demand we collect VAT as well as our local taxes, which usually totals over 30%. Additionally, we do not have access to a reliable or affordable mail carrier for international shipping. We will always be more than happy to have your order shipped to a domestic US friend to forward to you. We are looking into hosting products on eBay to make use of their Global Shipping Program.
